The best way to represent your business or organization’s cause, product or service to the Earth Day Festival visitors is to have a great exhibit.
It's impossible to list everything you'll find at Earth Day Festival: traditional conservation organizations, wildlife preservation groups, products made from natural and organically grown crops, organic gardening information, alternative energy vehicles, ecotourism opportunities, many alternative and traditional health care products and services, pet adoption services, clean air and clean water products… the list goes on and on…
If your business increases the energy efficiency of residences through weatherization, HVAC & EV charger installation, solar and battery storage, we have a special program for you. Our Energy Experts are offering free residential electrification plans for festival goers, who will then be directed by Energy Guides to your booth to implement their plan.
Become a Vendor
As a vendor at the Earth Day Festival NM, you will be able to promote your organization while supporting our community and creating a memorable event. With thousands of individuals expected to attend, your organization will be seen by a diverse population of potential customers.

Vendor/Exhibitor Information
Early Drop Off, Saturday April 20
You are encouraged to set up your tent and drop off supplies between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm the day before the fair — Saturday, April 20.
Check-in and Set Up, Sunday, April 21
Check-in begins at 7:00 am. All participants must be checked-in and set up by 9:00 am. No exceptions. There will be volunteers to help you with loading and unloading.
Booth Details
All booth spaces are 10' x 10' with 3 walls and Earth Day Festival NM will supply one 8' table and two chairs for each booth space. (Deadline April 1). Electricity to vendor booths will be provided as requested to those inside the Sid Cutter facility. An additional fee of $20 per exhibit booth will be charged to those who request electricity for the outside booths. Vendors using electricity should bring extension cords 50 – 100ft long.
Booths may not close before 4:00 pm. No exceptions. Booths should be dismantled, and booth space completely cleared by 7:00 pm.
Zero Waste Challenge
The fair is a zero-waste event, meaning that we do not produce landfill waste. Compost and recycling receptacles will be provided at the fair. No paper handouts are allowed and vendors and exhibitors should familiarize themselves with zero waste policies and help us achieve this challenge.
Food and Water
Vendors selling or sampling food or beverages must use recyclable or biodegradable/compostable serviceware. Bottled water is not permitted at the fair.
Paper Products and Promotional Material
No paper handouts are allowed and QR codes are encouraged for distributing information to the participants. No individually wrapped give-away items are allowed. ABSOLUTELY NO PLASTIC PRODUCTS WILL BE ALLOWED.

Arts and Crafts Festival Booths
The Earth Day Festival NM 2024 present: The First Earth Day Festival Recycle Art Festival at Balloon Fiesta Park, to be held Sunday, April 13, 2025 from 10:00 to 4:00pm
General Information
Only 50 Arts and Crafts booths will be available. All goods must be composed of a minimum of 75% recycled materials. The bulk of the material used must be material that would have been discarded were it not repurposed.
Successful applications should show creatively in transforming the material into something new and original.
*A booth fee of $175.00 is due upon acceptance into the festival to offset costs of the 10x10, 3-wall tent, table and chairs. Sorry, no refunds available.

Booths
Booths will be assigned by ordedr received. The Recycle Arts & Crafts takes place on the grounds of Balloon Fiesta Park, 4401 Alameda Boulevard N.E. Albuquerque, NM 87113. Each booth space is 10 by 10 feet and includes one tent with 3 walls, an 8 foot table and two folding chairs. Conditions vary on the grounds, from lawn to cement.

Agreement of Entry & Liability
The Earth Day Festival reserves the right to reproduce accepted art & crafts work for publicity purposes. Neither Earth Day Festival or the City of Albuquerque is responsible for any artwork left at the Balloon Fiesta Park. Your entry constitutes acceptance of all conditions and terms in this prospectus. It is the artist’s responsibility to adhere to all deadlines.
