Booths
We are planning on having 125 - 150 exhibitors
Each exhibitor will receive:
- 10x10 tent with a back panel and pony side walls
- One 8-foot table
- Two plastic chairs
- Electric for one 110 volt plug
Pricing:
- $400 for businesses
- $200 for a non-profit organization
- $175 for an artist or small business (run by 1-2 people, equivalent to a start-up company)
- $175 for an extra 10x10 booth space, which includes tent, table and chairs. It does not include additional electricity.
*Exhibitors planning to sell products at the festival, must submit a business license and payment when registering.
Food Trucks
Food Truck Vendors must guarantee to serve a minimum of 50% of their menu as vegetarian or vegan options. Compostable plates and cutlery are the only type of materials that can be used to serve food items. Please no straws or lids to keep waste to a minimum.
At registration each food vendor will be required to submit their Business license, Environmental Certificate (Health Permit) and Fire Marshall Permit along with their payment.
